What is a Keeplet card?
A Keeplet is a handmade gift card holder designed to turn a simple gift card into a thoughtful keepsake. Each card opens like a small book and includes an interior pocket for holding a gift card, cash, or a personal note.
What size are the cards?
Keeplet cards measure approximately 5.5 inches by 4.25 inches, which is a standard A2 card size
What is included with my order?
Each Keeplet card includes one handmade gift card holder, one kraft envelope, and one protective clear sleeve.
Gift cards and money shown in product photos are not included!
What can I place inside the pocket?
The pocket is designed to hold most standard gift cards. It can also hold folded cash, a small photo, movie tickets, or a short handwritten note.
Are the cards handmade?
Yes. Every Keeplet card is handmade and carefully assembled using quality materials to create a polished, thoughtful keepsake.
Personalization
Can I personalize my card?
Personalization is available on select designs. Available options may include names, wording, colors, pocket patterns, and small decorative details.

Can I request a completely custom design?
You can contact Keeplet with your idea before ordering. Custom requests depend on the design, materials, quantity, and production scheudle.
Will I receive a preview of my personalized card?
For more detailed custom orders, a design preview may be provided before production. Simple wording or name changes may not require a preview.
Shipping and Orders
How long does it take to prepare an order?
Keeplet cards are handmade, so preparation times may vary. The current estimated processing time will be displayed on the product page or during checkout.
Personalized and larger orders may require additional time.
Where do you ship?
Keeplet currently ships within the United States
How will my cards be packaged?
Each card comes with an envelope and is placed inside a protective clear sleeve. Orders are packaged carefully to help prevent damage during shipping.
Where are your products manufactured?
Our products are manufactured both locally and globally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.
Do you offer wholesale ordering?
Yes. Keeplet works with boutiques, gift shops, and other retailers interested in carrying handmade gift card holders.

Returns and Order Issues
Do you accept returns?
Keeplet cards are handmade and may be personalized, so returns are generally not accepted unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
Contact Keeplet as soon as possible with your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and help make it right.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Contact Keeplet as soon as possible after ordering. Changes or cancellations may not be possible once production has started.
