Return Policy
At Keeplet, each card is handmade and customized with care. Because our products are made to order and personalized, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been started or completed.
Please review all order details carefully before placing your order, including the occasion, colors, personalization, and any custom requests.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible at matthewq162@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue.
If the damage or mistake was caused on our end, we will gladly work with you to make it right. This may include a replacement, correction, or refund depending on the situation.
Custom and Personalized Items
Since Keeplet cards are handmade and customized for each customer, they cannot be returned due to personal preference, color choices, design changes, or because the customer no longer needs the item.
Small variations may occur because each card is handmade, but every order will be created in the same gift card holder book style shown in the listing.
Refunds
Refunds are only offered if the item arrives damaged, defective, or if there was an error made on our end. Once the issue is reviewed and approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method.
Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
