Products

Keeplet creates handmade gift card holder books and custom keepsake cards. Each item is made with care using cardstock, patterned paper, twine, embellishments, and other decorative materials.

Because our products are handmade, small variations may occur between product photos and the final item. Photos shown may include examples of past custom cards. Your final card may vary slightly depending on the occasion, colors, personalization, materials available, and custom details selected.

We make every effort to display product colors and details accurately. However, colors may appear differently depending on your screen, device settings, or lighting.

Custom Orders and Personalization

Many Keeplet products are customized or made to order. Please review all personalization details carefully before placing your order.

Once an order has been started or completed, we may not be able to accept cancellations, changes, returns, or exchanges. If you need to make a change, contact us as soon as possible at matthewq162@gmail.com. We will do our best to help, but changes are not guaranteed.

Keeplet reserves the right to decline any custom request that we are unable to complete or that does not fit our product style or policies.

Orders

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase from Keeplet. We reserve the right to accept, decline, cancel, or modify an order for any reason, including product availability, incorrect information, suspected fraud, or issues with customization details.

Please make sure your shipping address, email address, and order details are correct before submitting your order. Keeplet is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect customer information.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Prices, discounts, and promotions may change at any time without notice.

Payment must be received and processed before an order is accepted and started. Posted prices do not include shipping, taxes, or any other additional charges unless stated otherwise at checkout.

Shipping and Delivery

Keeplet currently ships within the United States only.

Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, or other events outside of our control.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Keeplet is not responsible for lost, delayed, or misdelivered packages. However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact us and we will do our best to help.

Returns and Refunds

Because Keeplet products are handmade and often customized, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been started or completed.

Refunds or replacements may be offered only if your item arrives damaged, defective, or if there was a mistake made on our end.

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible at matthewq162@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue.
