Shipping Locations

Keeplet currently ships within the United States only. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Processing Time

Each Keeplet card is handmade and may be customized based on the details selected at checkout. Because of this, orders require time to be created before they are shipped.

Most orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Processing time may vary depending on order volume, customization details, holidays, or material availability.

Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated and shown at checkout before you place your order.

Standard shipping is available for domestic orders within the United States. Free shipping may be offered on qualifying orders if stated at checkout.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time for standard shipping is typically 3–5 business days after the order has been processed and shipped.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Shipping delays may occur due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, or other events outside of our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you may receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information if tracking is available for your selected shipping method.

Please allow time for tracking updates to appear after your package has been accepted by the carrier.

Packaging

Keeplet cards are carefully packaged to help protect them during transit. Orders are shipped in protective mailers or bubble packaging to reduce the chance of damage while being delivered.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Keeplet is not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

If you notice an address mistake after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible at matthewq162@gmail.com. We will do our best to update the address before the order ships, but changes are not guaranteed.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Keeplet is not responsible for lost, delayed, stolen, or misdelivered packages.

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with your local carrier, neighbors, household members, or building office first.

Damaged Orders

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item arrives damaged, contact us as soon as possible at matthewq162@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.

If the issue is confirmed, we will work with you to make it right.
